Legends are the people who made a difference, inspired others and also they are the ones who leaves a mark in this world. To tell you the truth, there are lots of personalities I would love to feature on my blog. But there is just one person who stood out. Audrey Hepburn.
Audrey Hepburn sporting a Ray-Ban Wayfarer which is originally made for men, but she decided to break the rules! :)
She has been an inspiration to all of us specially to the ladies and in the fashion world. She is a perfect example of a beauty that is elegant and classy, high-fashion and timeless. She inspired me most because she doesn't even care if others called or treated her as an icon, she told them that she is just being herself. She is a humble, generous and helpful person.
I learned some things about her while writing this blog. Here's a few that I learned:
In 1988, she became a special ambassador to the United Nations UNICEF fund helping children in Latin America and Africa.
She is hydrophobic and still did a scene where she was thrown into a swimming pool.
She is self-conscious about her size 10 feet. (Which I find funny because, I too am conscious with my size 9 feet!)
An independent woman who is strong and knows who she is and what she wants. She is my Ray-Ban Legend. It is known to all that becoming a Legend is not about the goal of becoming one. It is about being yourself and allowing yourself to be different. Making changes for the better and selflessly giving. Audrey did all that and made her mark.
I am no icon. I'm not even popular. But one day, I know for sure, in my own little ways, I would make an impact on someone's life. I might affected someone else's life already. I just didn't know it. It's the life's ripple effect. One little deed can make a huge impact to others.

When you live in a humid country, expect your skin to get dry. Often times, my skin needs a lot of loving and some moisturizing because, it tends to get dry and unhealthy looking specially when I wear shorts. I have no problem with hair on the legs 'cause I don't have any and the problem is just the dry unhealthy looking skin on my legs. I don't understand why is it just on my legs. But anyway, here is a solution for the problem and my mom-in-law gave it to me...

Yes! I love Scrap booking! I get to browse all websites that gives free kits, just look it up on Google and there will be tons of websites that will pop up, giving free kits. Although, some websites require for you to sign-up, but it's not a hassle at all. The photo above, is a picture of my family and I've edited our photos to make it a cartoon! I use Adobe Photoshop CS5, by the way. This is very exciting to do and you'll have lots of fun doing it, specially for those who are very imaginative and artistic. So, I'm gonna show you some of my works!

Hi! I'd like to show you guys a photo of my favorite person in the whole world! (even though he makes me close to being crazy sometimes!)
TADAAAA!! :*> His name is Emmanuel Luis Moreno Francisco and his my first born child! :) This picture was taken just right after I gave birth and I think I was asleep because 23 hours of labor was no joke! I was admitted 28th of September, 2010, and contractions had already started by 10 am. Then i gave birth the second day around 9 in the morning. I was really tired and all. Anyway, this photo was taken 29th of September, 2010, almost 2 years ago.
A happy baby photo! Cute isn't he? :) This photo taken a year ago, on his 1st birthday! He was just learning how to walk and also, growing some sets of teeth by then. Oh how time flies.. It's now been almost 2 years since he was born. :') Being a young Mom, its not hard keeping up with him, with the energy that he has, specially now that he's running all over the place!
This is his latest photo taken from our back yard, it took me so long to make him sit still! He's now turning 2 and my husband and I have already some plans for his birthday. It will be just a simple celebration, nothing fancy and we just want our little one to be happy and enjoy his special day. :) So, I am surfing the internet for some ideas for his birthday and if you have an advice for me on how to spend his birthday the simple way, feel free to comment. :)
